They are 2 months old and the rooster is very different from any variety I have seen. Anyone know what these color patterns are or what to call them?

I think the first pulled might be a Chocolate with leakage and the last one I think is a chocolate cuckoo. The rooster is the one I'm confused about he is brown on the top and white on the bottom
I could see the cuckoo hen being chocolate cuckoo, but the other hen does not look chocolate to me. The rooster does look similar to other dun roosters I’ve seen. Here are a few examples:

So is Chocolate darker? It is kinda hard to tell the difference between dun and chocolate

The white belly typically happens in juvenile plumage of chickens with mottling. My guess would be that the rooster will either molt into full mottling or loose the white completely.

His entire underside is white been like that ever since he was born
Then he'll most likely molt into his mottling when he's a bit older. When we had Mottled Cochins, they were the same way. Started as black with white bellies, juvenile plumage was the same, and their adult molt resulted in their breed's classic look.
