Anyone know what could be wrong with this chicken?

Its a mottled houdan 4 weeks old. I know i'll have to start filing the upper beak, but what should i go about the fleshy growth under the bill? I just got the little guy today and am bent on saving it.. The previous owner said it gets larer and smaller and she noticed it forming about a week ago.

I'm not so sure that's a mottled houdan. Almost looks like a pet bird to me.

I have no idea, but this one had some kind of very similar facial deformation.

It's probably a syndrome of some kind. : c Poor baby.

This one too, same thing under the chin. I'm having no success finding updated boards to find out what ever happened.

She ordered 15 from cackle hatchery... Just one had the severe curved beak. Two had crooked toes. I assure you it is a chicken.. Tho honestly i fell in love with his deformity.. Looks like a cockatoo. But i know he cant thrive if he cant eat properly. My concern tho is the fleshy skin beneath the beak.
