My Japanese bantams, considerate developing slow, are distinguishable within 3-4 weeks, with combs definitely red and pronounced. Therefore, with caution, I'd say your's are hens. The photos are not well taken to see the combs really good.

For comparison... my 4 week bantams, you see the cockerel!

Hi! They don't have any red combs but two have more pointed feathers on their backs and wings then the black one does. They are six weeks old as of now and spend the day in the coop on sunny days and evenings in the brooder.

So it's fairly save to say they are cute little pullets ;)
With time and more young chicks you'll able to tell earlier. I had around 30 hicks this year (my first year) and after every hatch I learned more how they develop. I can tell now by 3 weeks fairly sure which are cockerels. It's suer interesting.
Have fun with you trio :) !!
