Anyone Know What Kind of Seeds These Are?

I went to my local feed store wanting to buy wheat seeds to grow fodder for my chickens. I didn't look at the seeds until after I got home. I was surprised at how small they were. I'm not familiar with what wheat looks like, but I expected it to be bigger. If this isn't wheat does anyone know what it might be? It did sprout and make grass but it took over two weeks to grow.

Millet of some sort it looks like, maybe White French. There's quite a few varieties of wheat too, and I think I see some red sorghum in there. Millet is great for chooks, especially turkeys, and it's high in protein. You'll know if you save some grass for seeding and have a look at what they produce.
