This is my free rare chick...Hoping she is a girl. She is 3 1/2 weeks old.

looks like she might be a girl to me. I don't know about the breed though, but looks like she has EE legs

Yep, EE. Cant tell the sex for certain at this age, I dont think, but I don't have any of that breed, so I defer to more expert opinions. Looks like a pullet to me, though.
