Hi All,
Approx 4 month Anericauna chick. Just got over upper respiratory illness,watering eye, runny nose. Went on antibiotics and eye gel. Completely better, back to eating, digging, scratching after a week. Not really gaining weight, now other eye is busy watery, she is not really herself and has these bumps in the picture. She was well for 2 weeks. Other chickens are good. Separated her, but not sure what to do and to put her down??

You should send out for a necropsy. Chances are if it was CRD your other chickens will have it as well.
