Can you get a photo of it standing on the ground in full profile?
I'm making a bet those wings dip below the body line and the tail is fuller and more upright.
I don't see EE. I think it is a game mix or possibly a game type as some game have pea combs.
But, I'd need to see the bird in standing profile.

Yes her tail is very upright. Her wings dip a little naturally, but they dip really far when she runs or is alert.

It's hard to classify as it doesn't fit any one category.
It has some columbia patterning (white bird with black tail and black neck ring), but it also has some black patterning on the back...possibly some partridge type patterning.
It's not really a lace or pencil.
Someone else might pipe in with another type of patterning, but it doesn't fit a straight pattern as it is a mix breed.
