Agree, I do not see any silkie in this bird.Could be a Norfolk Grey if you are in Britain, or an Asian black if you are in the U.S. The bird is of the birchen color pattern, or similar to it, and that color variety often shows dark skin on the face/comb/wattles. So I don't think it is necessarily a mix involving a melanistic breed like Silkie or Ayam Cemani.
