Anyone know why my 2 week old chick died??

hi!
i'm really confused right now one day she's doing just fine and the next day she's cold and lifeless
i put my chicks in the basement for the night everything was locked and secure next day i came in to check up on them and one of them was dead why?

yes they've been fine for the past few weeks...

tempatures were around 80-90

Any signs of how she died? Does it look like she is bleeding? Fluff missing?

Do have a picture of your brooder setup? Was 80 one side and 90 the other? 90 is a bit high for added heat with 2 week olds.

No, i just had a heat lamp for the first week of life then I transferred them outside because the tempatures were 90 or higher...

So sorry! How do the others look? Do you have any pasty butt? Did the one that died have pasty butt? I've had chicks get as far away from the *90 zone as possible. I now never go higher than *85 under heat source and offer *70 and less in the brooder room.
