Anyone knows bird language, help please!

I have a pullet who emits this weird sound in the video basically every day. I am really having a hard time understanding what she is trying to say by this. Does this ever happen to anyone here? What does she mean?

My chickens usually make that sound when they are curious. It is nothing to worry about.

Sounds slightly annoyed to me as in ' come on, hurry up refilling"...
