Howdy.
A couple years ago I planned on making a whizbang scalder. Gathered parts, read-up on it. We ended up growing our business via presales too fast for on farm processing and had slaughtering done at a nearby facility. Anyways I was cleaning up and came across the box with temperature control box, pilot lights, and copper well for putting thermostat sensor in. I also have a copy of the book/manual for making the scalder. Everything cost around $225 when I bought it. I'll sell it to anyone here for $150 shipping included. Everything in original box.
