Anyone Love Horses?

This is an exciting time in your life. Can you tell us about this mare? ( the cautious horse owner in me...has a lot of questions)

How old is she? What is her riding experience? Why is she being sold? What kind of riding experience do you have?

She has an adorable face.

She is 3. (I know I know bad idea) she is super broke no buck, rear, or bite. She is very calm and submissive. She just doesn't know which things aren't scary so she will spook (trot a few steps at the most). She is being sold because the lady that is selling her buys young horses, trains them, and sells them. She picks up all her feet.
My mom will ride her out of the pasture for a year until she is not so "spooky". I have been a horse lover all my life, I had a pony till I was 5 and I ride all my freinds horses. I would say I'm an intermediate rider.
I fell in love with this mare because she is so pretty and calm and well trained and she wouldn't hurt a fly. (Well technically she would) when I was holding her lead rope she lifted her head up slowly and sniffed my face. I think that is when we connected.

I'm fencing of 1-2 acres pasture with 1-2 rows of electric tape fence for a 14-17hand Gelding(or mare
I'm hoping for a Paint or AQHA 4plus years, but not older than 10
