Wow I just looked at Central Hatchery,,and saw the prices for the broilers. GREAT,,I called them and they will not ship to Virginia.

That stinks... I cant get over the prices though.. WOW I had to call and ask them about shipping to my zone as they didnt have it on the website..​

Virginia is one of the few responsible states that will not allow poultry into their state unless they are MG clean... I wish more states would follow suit.

Mycoplasma gallisepticum.... it's chronic respiratory disease. It's a nasty disease that transmits very easily between flocks and even travels through hatching eggs. I got my birds tested this past summer along with my new buckeyes. Everyone tested negative so it's very important to stay that way.

It really sucks... especially for commercial flocks.

That's good to know. I was wondering why, but I didn't ask. I figured it was their business if they didn't want to ship to Va. it was their choice. Jeff, you are answering all of my questions. Thanks a bunch.
