Anyone order from JMhatchery? Question

We are placing an order tomorrow but wondering how long it takes to get the chicks? Did anyone here order from them and how long did it take to get them? What state are you in?

I have a batch coming today hopefully. I was told 2 days, I'm in N. Illinois. I'll know in about in hour, the post office said they'd call me when the truck came in at about 6am.

Update- They didn't show on the first two trucks into my local post office. The main P.O that distributes to mine called me in the afternoon and asked if I would like to pick them up there. If not they would get to my local P.O Sat morn. So I drove the forty minutes there to pick them up. They shipped out Wed morn at 9 am so they had a total approx 53 hr trip.

I live in Michigan (Southern Thumb area) and they shipped on Wednesday and I had them by 7:30am Friday! They were in excellent shape.

In Vermont, mine were shipped on Wednesday and arrived on the Friday early (4 am) truck to my local Post Office. I picked them up around 7:30 am, because I'm not an early bird myself!

Ours were shipped 6/3 and arrived early morning on 6/5!

All appear healthy and man are they active. This should be fun.

Thanks everyone! I have hope then that they will arrive on a Friday. I'm off work every Friday so that will be perfect. I still have not ordered them as I have some questions for them and we haven't started our coop yet. I'm waiting until we start the coop becasue I'm not having meat chickens in the house past 5 weeks LOL I will prob order them by next week.

LOL After reading this I set their brooder up in our attached garage which is where our bantam coop is still sits (we built it in the garage over winter and have yet to pull it out...getting area ready first). We plan on putting the meaties outdoors in their "home" right after they turn 4 weeks...possibly three if they look pretty feathered out. I did not get my chicks today in the mail though

I was kind of bummed about that. I called the distribution center and nothing there yet either. I sure hope they show up today in the afternoon. They will call me if they do and I will drive there to get them rather then wait till morning.​
