Been raising layers for a few years and would like to start raising meat chickens as well. I've read and read and watched videos, but would really like to help someone process a few (or just watch if I'd be in the way) before I go buying any birds. If you're in the NE Texas area and want a little free help, I'll bring along a case of beer or a pitcher of ice cold lemonade to sweeten the deal.
