Anyone ready to ring in the new year...and lose weight/get fit?

I am soooo Hungry but I am sooo staying away from all the FAT foods! I so wanna raid the fridge and open a bottle of wine!!!!!!!!!

- Oh did I mention I get really depressed at time of the month ! I feel better when it actually starts - its this heavy yuky fat bloated frumpyness I hate. Then I get awful cramps lovely to look foward to. I AM NOT GOING TO EAT !!!!!

I'm on a bread thing right now. I've been baking like crazy, and having to taste test EVERYTHING. I skipped breakfast though, and no snacks since I'm snacking on bread of all things.

So I have 3 bantam eggs over a slice of bread with 1 tbsp of shredded cheddar. Then about 3 slices of the sour dough bread I'm working on.

For dinner I'm have some roasted chicken & corn.

For inbetween, I will have tea, tea and more tea! LOL

Tomorrow, I will try to take in more fruit... and no meat.
 
Sounds like we're all struggling this week. I think I might be up another pound, I was afraid to weigh myself. I want to eat everything, and I want it now. I've been eating healthy foods but it is my old problem of portion control raising it's ugly head. I need to be faithful about recording what I eat, it is really the only way I can keep on target.

Dreaded third week, or is it the fourth?

still holding in there.. went to daughters today and that is my downfall so i took her 3 dozen eggs and we had veggie omelelts about 250 calories

since she is trying to lose her baby weight gain.. about 20 lbs she appreciated the lunch. then i played with grandson till other kids came home..

Just wanted to say thank you all for this thread. Instead of driving to the store today, I biked, again. It is saving money since I can only take so much on my bicycle. And it's making me more healthy. Woot!
 
I haven't posted much recently - I've been slipping and sliding and didn't want to bring you guys down with me, you've all been doing so well. I just can't seem to get motivated right now

But I just got an email from my super-skinny friend to say she is coming to visit me in March, so if that is not an incentive to drop a few pounds then I don't know what is!
