Anyone ready to ring in the new year...and lose weight/get fit?

HIGHLANDER. i went for a whole week with nothing but food in my mouth and i didn't want to post either.. it is ok, now start again. we all are going to be there at one time or another and i have nothing but praise for those who helped my through it. everyday is the first day of the rest of your life. Don't sweat about yesterday it is over and you are given a fresh new day to make a difference in your life. come on back with the rest of us and lets get this done.
and thank you for all the compliments on my grandson.. he is the sweetest thing.. he is very shy and quiet and when you smile at him he smiles back then buries his head in your shoulder. so adorable.. we are not outgoing. we are watchers and readers so i guess he is like us.. his brother on the other hand is super friendly and kids at school are always saying hi killian to him.. when asked who was that he replys i don't know lol. weigh in is saturday so be there and good luck all.

ANNARAVEN i just want to thank you for keeping us all going. without your spread sheet and all the "way to gos" i think we would have stopped by now. I think it is fantastic your riding your bike to the store, what a great idea. anyways here's a great big thankyou.

Well I must tell you all, I lost 2 lbs BUTTT
I have been eating Campbells Veg.-beef soup 24/7 yes.... breakfast, lunch and dinner
and snacks too its doing me good ,I do toss in a few crackers and have tea
sugar free.
the last time I did this for one week straight I lost 7 lbs.
I hope I can do it this week. also tossed in a few fresh green beans.
anyone care to try it with me/
what is the spread sheet?

Work on making one change this week. Increase your water intake. Or increase your activity by 5 minutes. Or whatever works for you. Don't try to do it all at once. Just that one thing. Increasing water intake is a good one because, if you're hungry, try drinking a glass of water and waiting a bit before you decide to eat. If you're too tired to exercise, try having a glass of water -- if nothing else you'll increase your activity level by having to get up to pee more.
