Took 1 step forward and 2 steps backward today.

The Kid and I lifted weights today as part of my program to get him some upper body strength. Did 2 reps of 4 exercises, 5 each. Lasted about a minute and a half, which is fine considering we are both so out of shape.

Within a couple of hours, tho, he'd started a fire and had an "episode".

Like I said ... see first paragraph.

and no offense, but no thanks to the broc and banana soufle!

Just wanted to check in and say I probably won't be doing a weigh in this weekend cuz we re in a hotel for a conference. Now let's see if I can avoid gaining too much from the crappy food they'll be serving us.

Really am struggling Think I am putting more weight on than getting it off. I feel like I am going backwards!!!!!!
I am so upset about it all as I really have tried. But I get sooooooo hungry at times. I have almost given up!

Anna, maybe you could bring some little healthy snacks along and try to stay away from anything that isn't going to nourish you mentally as well as physically. Just think, after all that... you want to FEEL good!

Today I'm feeling good myself, the scale has dropped again... I've been way active this week for some reason?! My tax issue is finally taken care of and I can go about life.

I'm now off to drop the little one at the baby sitter, and then off to work... to the job I really like. Even if this feeling is gone in a hour, I like the fact I woke up happy and not stressed!

Havent weigh in or been on here..last few weeks.
Dh had back surgery. and its been hectic
the past few weeks .Ii am guessing i did gain
dont want to weigh my self just yet.
but will in a week. i just had to have the extra cookie and coffee at the hospital
too many hours just sitting and waiting . surgery 6 1/2 hr,
so now its back to taking more time for me.
Dh on the mend at Re-hab.

Really tired tonight - Have not read any posts for ages so I am not keeping up with you all.
Thought I would share this to see what you guys think. A friend of ours who is a care worker at the Adult centre our disabled boy Danny attends is having her first baby. She leaves on maternity in a few days. My Dd Dotty and I made her this
It is a nappy cake - We were thinking of making more and trying to see if we can sell some?
