You haven't failed until you give up, as long as you are still trying you can't have failed yet. I know most of the time it feels like

but if you make the changes and replace the bad habits w/ healthy the weight will follow.

I am starting to struggle now myself... so it is time to start portion control along with the added walking

I do loose sleep during incubation egg lockdown.. like right now... I am watching a fat baby orp chick zip away. Then I get run down

I did start taking One day vitamines for Women this week... wow talk about horse pills!! I was afraid I just wasn't getting everything I needed to keep healthy.

I've been taking vitamins too, HATE taking pills no matter if they are drugs or good for you. But I put my average daily food into the cal. calculator on fitday, and it also figures carbs, protien, and nutrition and realized I was dangerously low on some vitamins, so I've been taking the alphabet for a few weeks now. But I don't do it every day I shoot for 3-4 days a week. I had vitamins from a previous vitamin kick I was on, so instead of one multi vit I've been taking a handful of individuals

My biggest horse pill is a multi mineral.

Don't drop out!! We all have days....weeks...when we do better than others. It's just about having the commitment to trying your best.
Listen to Kaussandra...she sounds like a wise woman

Congrats Kass! So love hearing the good news

And gardens may be good for your health, but bad for your joints... as I'm 26, I can attest to that!

Actually, I wouldn't wish to be 26 again, 29 was a good year though.

Skitz, don't worry, you're not failing or quitting... that's why we're here. If you need a push, or a shoulder... come get you some.

Seriously though, this is a great group. Don't leave us... we're here to be the little voice telling you to put the burger down, and pick up the banana.

I made a good choice today. I made cornbread (which I love it is easy and one of the few easy breads I can eat). Usually I make it in a large cast iron skillet, cut it in large pie shapes and eat way to many! Today I cooked it in a muffin tin (silicone actually) and only ate one!

That's the trick!
portion control. I have given every one else normal sized plates at the stting, and I take a salad plate. ...now if I would only put salad on it, my weight might budge.

I am were oesdog was, working, walking, and eating less and not an ounce. I still blame the Gatorade.
