Anyone seen poop like this?

My 7 year old americauna hen has started having poops like this. Yawns periodically. Anyone seen this before?

It’s definitely been hot out here. However the past few days have been cooler. I’m used to seeing poops like this occasionally on hot days, but ~80% of her poops are like this which seems abnormal. Her appetite also seems to be lower than normal. Still drinking water though.

I give her normal pellet feed, but she seems to not be eating that (at least I haven’t seen her eating it). She loves the dried mealworms I give her. She will eat a lot of those. Not too interested in much else.

For anyone wondering, took her to vet and she had a bad case of camplyobacteriosis. Taking medicine now.
