Anyone stopped eating chicken after raising chicken?

If anything I'd be shamed into not eating pork... (I love my pig dearly, but bacon and I have been a "thing" much longer)
So far the only flock member ever butchered was a rescue roo that started eyeing my kid and went after me a few times.
Wish I could cut back on meat, but I don't see it happening.

I wish I could stop eating chicken altogether....not only because I have chickens, but because where most chicken meat comes from. I can't avoid it when it's cooked into a dinner at home, but I have stopped getting Chicken McNuggets and chicken sandwhiches at McDonald's.
Not to steer this off topic, but you know the "chicken" at McDonald's is hardly chicken meat at all, right? Very very different than raising your own birds to process and eat. With home grown chicken, you control what those birds have eaten, if they've been medicated, how they were raised and treated, etc. Just something to consider. We eat way more chicken since we started raising our own! 😋
