    Any ideas?
He is small, either young or bantam. I'm betting bantam though

Is this any better? He black and a deep red with a tiny of green in his tail. And yes his legs are feathered!

Hmmm. Could he be an Australorp/Rhode Island Red mix? I have australorps and they have green/purple hints in their feathers. I don't know anything about feathered leg breeds so I can't help you incorporating that in:(

A picture in natural lighting would help. Looks like he's got a pea comb. Probably a partridge Brahma.

Much better. Definitely a Partridge Brahma.
