Anyone Try To Enter The Pillsbury Bake-Off?

I made my first version yesterday and got several volunteer taste testers. I cannot do it myself I am gluten free and my dessert idea is not. I got some real good contructive critiques and am going to try round two.
I was also going to try and think of another idea, but have come up blank so far.

The dessert was a huge hit as it was, just needs some tweeking.

Oh he is, I made something out of this world last night. He wanted to take one to work, so I bagged one up and put it in the fridge with his lunch. Then I happened to just bag up the rest for today as well. I get up and look, he took 3 to work with him! He's going to be so sick!!!!

The SAME thing happens here! I'll bake up, say, Red Velvet cupcakes. I'll make 24. I'll package them in groups of 4. He'll take FIVE packages to work... after he eats three at home. You can see how this works for me. Haha.

And as for the kitchen being ruined, I have a quote I always use and really should get printed on a tshirt or in my kitchen:

"If G-d wanted women to do dishes, he wouldn't have given them pretty hands."

Dishes are a man's job.

Oh well, I just got laughed at!

Dinner went great last night... I officially have another recipe to add. It'll be my first dinner/main dish recipe too. I concentrated too much on the sweets there for awhile! LOL

I'm really kicking myself for not doing this last year! LOL

I am typing up some of my recipes now. But I have one more idea I want to try this week to enter.

I think I read the closing date for entries is April 12? I gotta recheck that!
