Here's one I shared in another thread before I started this thread. It was my first entry, the one I've made at least 12 times, and it took at least 5 tries to get it perfect!

Round 1 of breakfast/brunch went very well, the concept is sound and the taste testers raved, but I have two things I need to perfect one is a structural issue and the other is a looks issue. I have an idea on solving my structural problem, and I'm still pondering the other.

Round 2 went very well, all the problems seem to be solved, everyone is amazed at how good they are, and I just have to take their word for it since I can't eat them. They are quick and easy, even portable for a breakfast on the go. Now I just need to write it all down b/c I think better w/ pen and paper instead of a keyboard.

Oh no... time is running out to enter! Anyone doing any last minute dashes to the perfect recipe? New plans? New thoughts? Who's looking for inspiration?

I am trying to get inspired to come up with 1 more creation... I just need 1 idea! A flavor combo... a dinner meal for 4... something... anything! LOL
