Anyone trying to change the no chicken ordinance in Carrollton Texas?

Currently, I still believe it is zero allowed.

Has anyone made any progress at addressing this issue with the city?? I know this thread started 3 years ago??

What is the ordinance?  A limit or zero allowed?

I recently contacted the city, because it was discussed between the city council on October 14, 2014, but the online ordinances stated it was not allowed.
The response I received is the following:

Thanks for contacting me regarding the changes to Title IX, Chapter 91 of the Carrollton Code of Ordinances. I have reviewed municode and agree with your assessment that changes have not been reflected from the 01/06/2015 council meeting. City staff has been directed to adjust municode to reflect the action of council.

On January 6, 2015, the city council approved amendments to Title IX, Chapter 91 of the Carrollton Code of Ordinances. This was done with the approval of item 18. Residents are now be able to have backyard chickens on lots less than 1 acre. Below are the changes to Chapter 91 regarding chickens. Below are the changes to 91.007, which are the most relevant to your inquiry.
