Anyone up for a Hatchalong?

Pics
Polli I really hope you get some action soon!!! If your bator has dropped its temps often then theres a good chance the eggs are just behind, also it took me 5 days to finally see all of my eggs wiggle & 2 of them just barely moved at all so I think there's still a good chance you've got something cookin' in the group of 8 eggs. If they don't stink then in my opinion there's still hope! My stinker started having a smell at day 26 then I finally pulled it on day 34 so it probably wasnt fertile. Have you tried to see movement in those 3? It's still a little early anyway so I wouldn't be too worried about them yet.
Gosh Raptor I don't have a clue what I'd do in that situation, I really hope the chick makes its move soon. It's been sounded for longer than usual but then bled when you tried to drill a small hole in the pointy end, think it was the membrane or the chick bleeding? Poor lil guy, I want it to make it out ok so bad...

Thanks for the hope, I havent try yet to wiggle the last batch, but theres definetly a stinker there, I put a ziplock at the one I this is the one, just in case, the 8 egg batch has no stinkers there at all, so lets cross the fingers !!!

I hope the lil guy makes it Raptor, if it's still alive now after the hatching process is over then I would think there's a good chance he'll recover if kept from dehydration & exhaustion. It looks like you got it out just in time, I've had a duckling get stuck inside the egg by its membrane before...
That was a really cute video btw, congrats on the baby!

Yup it's still alive, talking and shuffling around a bit too.
I'm gonna mix up some Sav-a-Chick and give it a drink with an eyedropper in a minute here. I figure if it makes it through the next day or two it'll be alright, right now I still have it in the incubator.
The other one is trying to find it's feet right now but isn't quite strong enough to stand up all the way yet.

Congrats everyone on the baby Emus. I am placing my new eggs inside the incubator (reptipro 6000) hopefully I will get some hatches

Yoda when you have the time you should post a pic of your eggs inside the new Reptipro, I'm dying to see more pics of them. I saw the couple that Chris posted on my Reptipro Hatch A Long thread but would love to see pics from an owner of one...

Here's a short video of my egg C on day 35 wiggling when I whistle to it, the movements are subtle of course but y'all experienced emu folk can probably pick up on them lol.

Thanks for reply!
I am thinking of using painters blue tape. It seems not as sticky and difficult to take off the chick as the medical one. What are your thought on this?
that should work great.. i ended up using spliced together bandaids.. it worked.. but they are pretty strong and he managed to get one foot free .. which worked out anyway since he only needed a little help
