what week are you on?At the current weight loss, I will be at 3% at the end of the week. I think this means I should add water, is that right? I'm not going to, until I find out its the right thing to do.
Details:
Weighing at the same time each day for 3 days in a row, starting day 1 at 458 losing 2 grams day 2 and day 3. If weight loss continues at that rate, 14 grams/ week.
I'm feeling quite hopeless.

2nd weight-
D- 592g lost 12 grams
E- 614g lost 16 grams
3rd weight-
D- 578g lost 14 grams
E- 598g lost 16 grams
4th weight-
D- 566g lost 12 grams
E-580g lost 18 grams
Current weight-
D- 552 lost 14 grams
E- 562 lost 18 grams
Egg D lost 50 grams total
Egg E lost 68 grams total
As I was handling the eggs, I felt the aircell part of both eggs were cold, but the rest of the egg were still warm. Does that mean anything?
