Anyone up to set their eggs on Valentine's day with me?

I just put mine in the bator yesterday...this will be my first hatch....40 eggs all EE mind if i join in?

You know its not crazy - i mean whatever works is fine! I am probably the crazy one for buying an actual incibator as i know so many people make their own. Now my brooder is more of a homemade contraption - LOL but hey if it works who cares right?

yeah i got 3 dozen from my sister in law....and 4 of my own

I got a bator on craigslist a LG still air and had my DH install a fan...and i bought a new digital tem/hum from walmart...so far only 27 bucks invested.....my brooder is homemade also...right now i have 3 silkie chicks in a plastic tub...depending on how many actually hatch out of the 40 i might be using a big watering trough i have

.....but to not get my hopes up just hoping

for 50% hatch rate .......

no not as hard as i had heard.....just took some tweaking LOL......but i ran it a full 24hrs to make sure i had it right...oh yes all through the superbowl i was checking on them i put them in around 4pm yesterday......more so keeping a check on the humidity....but i can't wait 21 days it's gonna kill me
