I want some of these! Chicken Caravan? I am getting geared up to pasture a couple of flocks, and the last thing on my checklist was some way to gather eggs more proficiently... I am in love with this thing! Does anyone have feedback, good AND bad, please, that can help me make a decision as to asking DH real nice to buy me one or find a design to make it myself haha ;)

I love how the chooks just hop on in there, do their thing, and hop right back out, and the assembly line fashioned egg catcher is just what I need ;)

I get a tickle out of the heavy accent too, I had to watch it s couple times to get what he was saying haha... Anyway, likes? Dislikes? Is it worth the money?

Hey shortgrass,

A number of farms that have chicken caravans have facebook pages and websites, here are a few that I found, Maybe worth contacting them and asking what their thoughts are. I also noticed a few of the farms have more than 1 (some have 3 or more) so they would not buy more if the first 1 was not good, thats my thought anyway.
i found it great reading about the different farms. There are more farms on the chicken caravan website but i have not looked them all up.

Thanks! I will have to check out Facebook haha ;) They look pretty handy; probably better than anything I could ever figure out! As long as I don't have to train them to use it lol :D
