Anyone use an egg cracking device?

Oh - I bet that scrambler would help for blowing out eggs! Didn't think of that. Dad wouldn't have trouble squeezing; he's ok using tools, etc. He can't get shell bits out of his eggs - fingers don't work for fine detail things like that. I thought it was too pricey and was hoping someone knew of a cheaper gadget. But I could keep the scrambler for me...hmmm...will have to think on it some more and keep looking!

I have trouble with turkey shell getting in stuff, but its not because the shell is so hard, it the inner membrane is so tough, by the time I get through it, if have shell everywhere.
