I know most in here go the all natural route so please don't beat me up for this one.

Oasis is a supplement for Chicks. Most of the Hatcheries are using it to keep them alive in transport, if you have chicks pooping green then they have been fed Oasis. We tested it as a top dressing for our chickens last time. It did attract them to the food. So when I got my BBWs I decided to try it out. They react a bit differently... I now call it Turkey CRACK! They will be totally uninterested in their food and then attack it when I top dress with it!!! I have been trying to use other types of shredded greens thinking it was the color alone but it's not! It won't hurt them to continue to eat it but I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it.

No, I do not know what it is. I have used:

GROGEL PLUS B Hatching Supplement

GROGEL PLUS-B is the answer to the never-ending problem of dehydration in freshly hatched poultry. After mixing with water, it forms a green, shiny, high-moisture gel that’s packed with protein, energy, vitamins and probiotic bacteria. Hatchlings really go for it. It is given on the first day, as soon as the baby poultry arrive on the farm. Just add about 1/2 cup (100ml) of water and stir. That 1/2 cup is enough for 100 chicks or turkey poultry, 200 pheasant chicks or duckling, or 400 quail chicks.

on shipped poults and chicks, and have put a drop into sugar water is newly arrived chicks are sluggish and will not drink right away. Other than that, I do not use any medicated feed or additive other than ACV in all if my animal's water, as a probiotic, and in salads and cooking for humans. Lately I have been selling eggs to Collage athletes, because eggs help grow muscle they need to compete in sports and body builders. Commercial eggs you buy in stores contain Steroids that they do not want and can disqualify them from compatition. Why would people medicate something is not sick ? Crazy!!!

I tried that Gro-Gel with my chicks, and neither breed will even touch it! I still have quite a bit left, so will try it with the turkey poults when I get some.

Gro-gel I don't know about the Oasis has the same PURPOSE but not sure if the ingerdients are the same. This does not "gel" it's made by the Novarus Corp.
