New to the site, anyone using rainwater containers to collect water for their chicks or ducks.
They seem to have some good ones out there with screens to keep debris and mosquitoes out.
If you are using the water daily from it, wouldn't have time to get stagnant. Need help with this !

this is probably really bad... I'm not sure but my flock all drink rain water collected and i don't think it causes any problems every few weeks i put a half cup of AVC in the water. all i have is a bunch of low containers around the yard it seems fine they seem to be good at knowing what to drink :/ but others may not agree.

I plan on using my collected rainwater for the chickens as soon as they get outside. I would rather them drink that then the fluoride and chlorine from my tap. I don't drink it, so why should they? Hah.
I really don't think it will hurt them. If its been stagnant for long enough to get really funky, they will probably not drink it. And whatever can grow in ater that might be harmful to humans is probably not harmful to birds.
I could be wrong
