Anyone want me to draw their birds?

Well whatever I draw I just add color to because their not very good and if I mess up it won't matter !

XD I'm used to doing shading with pencil, and it's harder to shade properly in color. I also struggle with fur/feather texture, and putting the right colors in the right places.

No, they look great! I especially love the first one, with a little scene set up, and the last one, with that fancy bird! What kind of bird is that? So fancy!

The last one is a red golden pheasant ! I want some of them but don't have enough money or the money to construct a pen for them so might get them in a few years !

People seem to like these. I might start doing art commissions at some point, but the problem is I don't do digital art or color. Would people still pay for that? Not much, just a little bit? Any money made from it would go directly into my chicken fund: a fund for at some point, I'll be able to get a bigger property with more space on it, and have some more money, and I'd like to collect every egg color of chicken. And some other breeds too! But I currently don't have the space or funds for that.

My truth:
I would pay! But color would be a little cooler! You could start experimenting with with color now, make them pay more for color or something! (Your apple is amazing!) You can experiment on mine! I don't mind if it doesn't look as good as colorless . (If you do want to try color on mine you could always take a photo before and after color!) I agree... color is scary, I am too scared to add it to many of my drawings too. Maybe we could both try it out!
Your drawings without color are absolutely amazing though... I would pay!!!

I understand what you mean by coloring in the pets. It could be quite difficult, getting the shadows and highlights as close to the picture as possible. But your apple looks great! I could never draw anything like that

Thank you! I will still give you a black and white version, as I have no confidence in my coloring skills lol. What I'll have to do is make the basic outlines, then trace it over to make another copy. I can't shade something in with pencil if I want to color something, so I need to have just the bare bones. I'll definitely try that, your pic of Confetti is a good one to start on, as feathers are easier than fur and she has very defined spots.

Thanks! I did fruits because they have a relatively smooth surface, which is much easier than fur or feathers. I also did a kiwi I think, then got distracted and stopped doing the color lol.
