Anyone want to be a 'Beneficiary'?

My sister recently had a fortune cookie and the fortune said she would inherit money from a long lost relative. The next day she got an email from someone in England saying that she was the beneficiary of a relative that was recently deceased.

Of course they needed her bank account information so that they could transfer the funds. We all had a good laugh but I wanted to know who was leaving her money and not me?

On tonight's news there was a story about a guy from NYC who got scammed out of $13,500 on one of these deals. How can that happen as well publicized as these things have been? Greed? "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."

I'm with charmed one...I figured it must have been my long lost auntie...not sure why the were in Nigeria but I am not one to question an email out of the blue...

wait...does this mean that lady from Russia doesn't love me either?

Mine was from the British High Commission so I'm pretty sure its legit. As soon as I send them $250, they're gonna send me a debit card loaded with several billion dollars. Its gonna be so great....
