You can only tag someone if it is a registered username
To "change" the username and still tag someone, you have to go back and edit your post, or do it the way that @Happy does it, with the memorizing the coding.

That is what I though but @Mad I thought said there was a different way.

All I do is put an @ symbol and the correct username (spelling is important) and I dont have to memorize all the codes but maybe I misunderstood what @Corbdee was trying to figure out.

Yeah no I obviously know how to tag someone . I was just trying to figure out how to tag someone and then change the username but still somehow make it that same person...I figured it out now though
