No. This is a point of some confusion. TSC sells Hoover chicks online. But they sell chicks from various hatcheries in their stores. (Much like TSC sells Dumor and Blue Seal feeds.)

My TSC, for instance, usually gets their chicks from Ideal and Murray McMurray.
