anyone watch the meteor shower?

as y'all know, there was a meteor shower last night.

we WANTED to watch it, BUT it was horrible cloudy, AND when it did clear up, there wern't any stars

maybe they all fell before we got to see them LOL

I woke up and watched it for about 5 minutes and went to bed... now I wish I watched it longer

I tried, just too much light pollution. Why do empty parking lots, batting cages, tennis courts. car dealerships, ect. need to be as bright as day at midnight. ARGHHHH, this is such a pet peeve of mine. We were out for an hour an only saw a couple.

There were thick clouds, so no Perseids for us. We did see a laser light show flickering through the clouds in Pigeon Forge LOL.

Later, it rained.

You can try again tonight. Last night was just the peak...

Did not even know about it. Tho the weather man said it was too cloudy here anyway. He said you could still see it tonight begining at @ 11:00 pm. My DS and I used to never miss one. I will try to see it tonight.
