QUESTION ABOUT MAREK'S PROGRESSION: Does anyone know at what point during the disease you can determine if it will be fatal? Mine has been showing symptoms for 14 days....It went from worse to better to slightly bad again, each time with slightly different manifestations. Do they stay "in limbo" indefinitely, or are there definitive signs of them getting better or going down-hill? I've reasd everything I could get my hands on (as my vet said...I read too much), and I can't really get a handle on how optimistic or pessimistic I should, if this is the Neural form of Marek's. If she can still feed herself and walk, what are the chances that she'll recover or at least not go further downhill at 12 days in.
