My neighbor said the same thing about calling the Corporate Wild Blue customer service, they suck. So if she has a problem the guy that put it in told her to call him.
My local is just bad. We had rain for 4 days and I was pretty much not able to connect at all during that time- even though the picture on the bottom of the screen showed a signal....
People keep telling me to go back to dial up as it cannot be worse.
Anyway, the WildBlue guy around here , well, no one I know of has signed a contract....
Seems like a lot of people have problems but then a lot of people do not. Seems the same with ANY company by looking at the posts here.
