Anything about your quail pen you wish you could change?

I started out with 2 of these cages from Tractor Supply 3 weeks ago and my quail quickly out grew them. They didn't seem happy and made no sounds.


Then I bit the bullet and built a proper pen. Now they dus bathe, bark ,sing, chirp and chase each other around and seem real happy.

Your welcome, I have found that I am constantly trying to figure out the perfect pens/enclosures/houses for all of my different critters. Problem is I am not the builder! LOL, thank goodness my husband is patient and supportive!
