Hello again everyone! Sorry I've been absent lately, I had the busyness of the holidays, plus a dying hen, and a self-cannibalizing hen to deal with.

So sorry to hear about your hen. I read your post on Sarah's thread. How was your Christmas?

I don't know how many of y'all have seen the Lord of The Rings, but I painted Arwen (Liv Tyler) It's not the best - the canvas was really rough and hard to paint on :/

That is really awesome! You are a good painter! It looks like her too, that's not easy to make it really look like the person you are painting!

If you want a smoother surface, you can always slather on the gesso before you start painting.
