Anything I need to know about broody hens?

this is their first hatch...
well, if you don't count the ones my sister 'found' after they'd been sittin on them for over a week....
and she didnt' TELL me! so, YUK... when I broke a few!
anyway. this time, two are sitting, and I figure they are just over a week into sitting now...
is there anything I ought to do?
I only had one broody hen before and she snuck off to do her thing...
the marans went broody on dud eggs...
these seem to all be fertile... yipee!
should I do anything for them or her? or just wait...
