I just finished reading "Uncle Tom's Cabin" by Harriet Beecher Stowe

The classics, books which make you feel something, make you think, fiction, non fiction. I like a wide variety of things.

Much like my taste in music (getting back on topic before I slip into a full blown speech ).
If it's good it's good. I don't care what category it falls under or what year it was produced.

Yes! I read all categories of books, unless they bore me to death at the first page.

Easier said than done, but good for you. You wanna know some great seal books? and a great fundamental for pre seals

I am planning to go to the Naval Academy or the Merchant Marine Academy as my back up, then go full on navy from there.
