Definitely Welp! Rare and fancy breeds are the ones mostly out of stock in Fall. Welp had all breeds I wanted except the Phoenix which are known for being hard to breed. Phoenix will be available again in the Spring.

I ordered 40, got sent 51 with only 1 d.o.a. Arrived Oct. 18, welp hatches year round.

I have some coming from Hoover Hatchery...they have a very limited selection, but they were the only ones that we found that have any chicks right now. efowl, Meyer, McMurray, and some others I looked at had nothing available (or very limited availability) for at least a coup of months on the heartier breeds, which is what I need up here.

Did you try the Buy/Sell/Trade section of BYC? That's how I found some.
