Their is a free show on the radio produced every Saturday by a woman named Kim Kommando (spelling?) type her name into an internet search with the words digital goddess in front (she calls herself a digital goddess) and she can help you close the account also she has a free website and some pay features but I would look her website up to find the number and time she records her show and call her up. after all an 800 number is free.
