APA Color Standard of Perfection Book?

How often do they print this book and what is the latest edtion out? Anyone know when the next edition will be published and what, if any, additions there might be?

I think that the latest edtion out is 2001.
As far as the next edtion to come out I am thinking that it might be this year may be next year...
