Apa standard???(Columbian Wyandotte)

Is the Columbian wyandotte an Apa recognized breed? We couldn't find any D'uccles nearby so this was our second choice. Is it a recognized breed????

Haven't hot them yet. We're trying to figure out if they're in standard first before we get them
