Apiary, need a friend to go to for advice when I am uncertain

Hi there,

I know people have bees here. I saw a couple people list hives as things they have along with their chickens. I am looking for some people to keep in my PM file in case all He** breaks lose and I have no clue what I am doing. I am starting a hive in April, so EXCITED!!!!

I have been doing my research and talking to people at the beekeeping store, but I am still worried. Especially, what if something goes wrong? I know more about chikkuns (hehehe) than about bees. This is new unchartered territory; one of the reasons I want to try.

Anyone want to be friendly as BYC mentor. Please let me know.
