Apple Cider vinegar how much and how often

There are many people that drink acv everyday ,

These are the hot button issues that you have your side and I’ll choose mine

1- heat in coop
2- light in coop
3- diatomaceous Earth
4- layer feed vrs grower & calcium
5- rooster ? No rooster ?
6- insulate? Or not
7-

The list goes on and on til the cows come home , just choose YOUR side and

Imo acv added to the water probably helps somewhat but not necessary. I have a lot of chickens and the vast majority of them do not like vitamins/electrolytes added to the water unless its so diluted it’s not worth it. My chickens seem to like the taste of the vinegar in the water both white and acv.
I don’t measure anything I use milk jugs to fill a bunch of water cups and bowls every day so I just pour a little in each jug every now and then.

I wonder how much is "too much" (or even if that is an issue???)

We don't use it for more than a week at a time. It can be an issue if it is used long term. If you use more than a TBSP per gallon, they might not drink it. I am using it right now because it does seem to help with the hardness of egg shells...I notice a difference in a couple of days.
