Ditto Dat!!!^^^Lots of hype about adding stuff to a Chickens diet that actually isn't needed. Fresh water is best and balanced feed..

There's no good reason to put active cider vinegar in chicken water.
Thread title shows that many probably think regular old apple cider vinegar is what to use, which has way fewer benefits than the active cider vinegar might have.
It will not prevent or kill internal parasites
There's already probiotics in many chicken feeds, read the fine print ingredients.
It can interfere with calcium uptake.
